The hemp plant is unprecedentedly versatile. In comparison with other crops, the benefits of hemp are endless: the plant grows incredibly fast, can be grown without fertilizers and pesticides and enriches the soil. Industrial hemp can also be used to make a wide variety of products, such as building materials, hemp litter, pellets, CBD pellets, CBD paste and CBD oil, lime hemp, and more.
Dun Agro Hemp Group developed a revolutionary production line, where the hemp was processed into, among other things, hemp litter for use in stables, cages for small pets and fibers for the automotive sector. The company has developed further over the years. A complete production line for making prefab hemp walls for home construction and the production of CBD raw materials and products as food supplements. In short: an industry where the entire hemp plant is used.
Exactly 100 days after sowing, the time has come: the hemp is ready for harvesting.
We cover the entire value chain, from field to primary processing and production of end products. Our in-house designed processing plant has a capacity of up to 8 tonnes / h and requires only a modest amount of energy. The construction of the machines is the frame of the building, so that no extra space is needed inside for the machines. We use all parts of the stem – the fiber, the litter and the dust – to produce different end products with a very high purity. The hemp fiber produced by the Dun Agro Hemp Group is mostly used in “non-woven” applications for automotive interior parts, building insulation, horticulture or textiles. We produce up to 99% pure hemp fiber, so that we can meet every industry that uses natural fibers.
The straw is processed in the factory into fibers that are used as insulation material for the automotive industry, for example. The leaf is processed for the livestock industry, but also, for example, into CBD oil.
Our hemp is very pure and free from dust and short fibers. This makes it ideal for applications such as animal litter, especially in the horse industry, but more and more recently in the small animal world. Our “hempbed” is sold throughout Europe and we have supplied hemp to every corner of the globe, including the United States and Australia.
We also use the litter to produce lime hemp, a green building material with a very high insulation value for both temperature and sound, while your house can also breathe and regulate moisture.
