Hemp lime is an environmentally friendly building material that uses only a fraction of the energy required by traditional building materials. Hemp lime also absorbs CO2 during the curing process. It has excellent insulation properties and meets the modern consumer’s demand for healthy and energy-efficient living.

Traditionally, hemp lime is produced using manual construction methods, by mixing the material on site and pouring it into a frame. This process is quite time consuming and has the added disadvantage of being weather dependent as the raw material reacts to environmental conditions such as moisture and temperature and takes months to dry before it can be finished. When we considered producing hemp lime ourselves, we knew that a new approach was needed that would eliminate the problems of lengthy manual work on site and reliance on the weather for quality and efficiency.

That’s why we built our own hemp lime panel production line, the first of its kind. These panels have a size of up to 6m x 3m and a thickness between 10cm – 50cm. The panels are all pressed in the factory, which guarantees consistent quality and detailed production for the different specifications of each part of a house. Once this is ready, the panels will be delivered and the house assembled. Installation for an average home can be as quick as one week.

Another advantage of using panels is that they can be placed in a container and shipped anywhere in the world. We have already successfully shipped the panels to Australia for installation there.
